Why digital advisory exists

After two decades in large digital and CX projects, Roman and Moricz kept seeing the same thing: brilliant strategies failing at execution. Marketing and sales in silos. The gap between idea and result.

In 2019, the shared vision emerged: a company that covers the entire journey – from strategy to measurable pipeline results. Two years of validation through client projects confirmed the thesis. In 2021, DIAD GmbH was founded.
